Self-tapes and online callbacks ask for clear choices, quick adjustments and a reliable working process. This intensive mirrors those demands through repeated practice, new scenes and focused feedback.
You’ll receive written and verbal feedback throughout the course and access to material filmed in class within 24 hours.
Inspired by Self-Tape Momentum, our in-person class in London, this is a more concentrated online acting class, open to actors around the world.
Practise the process.
Not just the scene.
Your four weeks.
-
Tape an audition in class and receive feedback. Submit a new audition tape by the following Monday; written notes are returned by Tuesday.
-
Return to your scene with the notes applied for a simulated callback. Work with new sides and cold reading on camera. Prepare an additional scene for the same character for the following week.
-
Work on both scenes, apply direction and tape them back-to-back as a simulated Zoom callback. New sides follow: submit a tape by Monday, with written notes and a final audition scene returned by Tuesday.
-
Perform your final scenes at scheduled call times, completing two takes of each to practise the pace and pressure of casting deadlines.

This course combines live work with at-home taping and preparation. You’ll need to be able to record and submit material between classes and arrive ready to work on assigned scenes.
Allow time for the homework described in the weekly outline above.
A longer rhythm of practice?
Self-Tape Momentum offers ten weeks of in-person screen work in London.
