Self-Tape Momentum is a focused 12-week training program designed to give actors consistent, high-level practice with real audition material. Each weekly 3-hour class provides brand-new sides, a fresh audition brief, and guided coaching to help you refine your screen technique, sharpen your choices, and build self-tape skills you’re proud of.

NEXT INTAKE:
Thursday evenings. January 15th - April 2nd 2026. 6pm-9pm
Location: Old Diorama Arts Centre, 201 Drummond Street, Regent’s Place, London NW 3FE (closest tube is Warren Street Station)

  • Work on 12 unique audition scenarios (TV, film, comedy, drama, fantasy, etc.)

  • Get personal coaching on performance, framing, eyelines, and emotional clarity

  • Develop a repeatable audition process you can rely on

  • Shoot self-tapes in class, with feedback that actually drives your work forward

  • Build momentum, consistency, and confidence week after week

  • Access all filmed material from class within 48 hours, so you can review, learn, and refine between sessions

This program is ideal for actors who want to level up their audition game, stay accountable, and create a strong portfolio of screen work across three months of steady, supported practice.
Not applicable for filming your real-time auditions due to NDAs, all class material provided.

By registering for the program, you agree to the following:

  • Payment: Full payment is required to secure your place.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds are only available if cancelled more than 14 days before the first class (minus £25 admin fee). No refunds after the first class.

  • Missed Classes: You may miss a class without penalty, but no refunds or price adjustments will be issued.

  • Class Material: All filmed material will be available within 48 hours for personal use only.

  • Conduct: Professional and respectful behavior is expected. Disruptive participants may be removed without refund.

  • Liability: The provider is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during classes.

  • Program Changes: Minor changes to times, dates, or content may occur with reasonable notice.

  • Privacy: Participant information is confidential and used only for program administration.
